You can install windows defender - which will turn all anti-virus off.

CORE ISOLATION
You must go to your core isolation settings, and disable memory integrity.
If you don't have access to these settings, you must launch your BIOS and enable Virtualization.

SECURE BOOT
You must launch your BIOS settings, and disable Secure Boot.

VANGUARD AND FACE-IT
You must uninstall any riot vanguard or face-it anti cheets.

Injecting
- Open Loader
- Enter License Key
- Start Injection
- It'll say 'Start Game' or 'Load Success'
- Open the Game
- Wait for the menu to load
- Use INS to open/close menu. (Home for BO6 External)
